Here at Okcomputers, over the years we have fine tuned the way we respond to enquiries in order to make your experience as smooth and cost effective as possible. Our main aim is complete customer satisfaction, we have a dedicated receptionist who knows the best way to respond to your initial enquiry so that we can get you up and running again in no time.
Remote Service
If your PC is working on the internet, theres a good chance we can dial in and help you remotely. This Service costs £19.95 per twenty minute connection. With this service we can cure, Email issues, malware infections and minor software faults.
Onsite Service
Our main core service, we come to you at a pre booked time. This service costs sixty pounds for the compulsory first hour and then fifteen pounds per fifteen minutes after. If your equipment requires to be taken away then the onsite portion will cost thirty pounds. This service is good for most scenarios and definitely for multiple machines, internet issues and printer problems.
Workshop Service
This service is reserved for very intermittent problems and where special equipment is required or the length of time the repair takes is beyond the scope of our Onsite service. The labour charge for this service is set at seventy nine pounds plus any parts required there also can be extra charges for data backup up and restore or recovery but you will quoted for this at the time of repair.
